The successful candidate will undertake the role of the activity’s organiser. This will involve initiating and developing a programme of meaningful activities, and improving and maintaining the quality of life for the service users that is informed by the needs, preferences, and interests of the service user's within Napier house. You will provide a range of social, recreational, and educational activities in accordance with the individuals needs and preferences and enable the service users to participate in a level of activity that is responsive to varying abilities. You will also contribute to the assessment, care planning and maintaining accurate records for the individuals and participate in the evaluation of the activity programmes and the outcomes for the service users, whilst ensuring the service users can achieve their maximum independence. We provide ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people: Napier house also supports a STAR unit.
