Quantity Surveyor Criteria: A 3rd level qualification in a related field. 3 yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor preferably Irish or UK. Experience of residential building / commercial projects An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets. Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties Reporting on budgets and variations To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports Reporting on budgets and variations Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details The Package The successful candidate will receive an excellent package, including: Salary:£45,000–£50,000 (DOE).
