Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the Business Unit Leader for Life Sciences, you will have personal involvement in sales activity and the management of 2 experienced consultants.
2. Develop the team, undertaking regular appraisal and one-to-one reviews with direct reports.
3. Agree individual objectives with direct reports setting clear review schedules and performance guidelines.
4. Regularly monitor objectives between the reporting periods.
5. Identify business objectives and critical success factors to support supervision and management of daily sales and administrative activity.
6. Identify key training requirements and, in conjunction with the QCS Development Coaches, provide knowledge and guidance to achieve required competency levels.
7. Join your respective team members on site visits (UK and abroad).
8. Assist in preparation, delivery and follow-up activities.
9. Provide an environment where open and honest communication is encouraged.
10. Complete internal and external training courses and uphold QCS’s vision and values.
About you:
1. Previous experience training and developing recruiters.
2. Similar experience within the recruitment industry.
3. Experience of developing new business and selling recruitment services while leading a team.
4. Knowledge of placement forecasting, business planning, and budgeting for a team of new business-focused recruiters.
