Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection is a contemporary boutique hotel located in South Kensington, London. With 99 guest rooms and suites, an Italian restaurant, an early hour's bar, cigar garden, private dining, and events area, Xenia offers a truly unique experience for our guests, a modern, yet comfortable home away from home ambience.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen here at Hotel Xenia. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Human Resources Manager.
Position Overview
In this standalone role, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising our organizational culture. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

What We Are Looking For
1. Strategic HR Leadership
• Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Experience in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Adapt to changes management expertise to support business transformation.
2. Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and best practices.
• Proficiency in resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Capability to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
3. Recruitment and Talent Management
• Experience with talent development, performance management, coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Ability to use HR analytics to drive hiring and retention strategies.
4. Compliance and Policy Development
• Expertise in creating and enforcing HR policies in line with UK regulations.
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance and managing sensitive employee data.
• Health and safety awareness, including risk assessments and workplace well-being initiatives.
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.
6. Leadership and Team Management
• Capability to lead by example and drive a high-performance culture.
• Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• With exceptional attention to detail, ensure all administrative and payroll tasks are completed with accuracy.
7. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop proactive, practical solutions.
• Empathetic and rational approach towards associates, organization and business needs.
• Sound judgment and confidentiality in decision-making processes.
What We Offer
• From £42,000 to £47,000 per annum plus Service Charge and annual and discretionary Bonus Scheme up to 20% of basic annual salary.
