Experience: Previous experience in a nursery setting is highly desirable. Flexibility: Open to on-the-day calls to nurseries and adaptable to different environments. Team Player: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Control Over Schedule: Ideal for someone who wants control over their own schedule and enjoys the variety of working in different settings.
