Regional Director – covering Scotland.
Scotland – flexible across the country with some UK travel

Sanctuary Care is looking to recruit a Regional Director who demonstrates vision and strategic ability to lead the delivery of safe and effective services across our West and East Scottish regions consisting of 17 nursing and residential care homes.
We continue to have ambitious plans to continually develop and grow our business over the course of the next few years and pride ourselves on the exemplary standards of care that we provide to our residents.
In this role, you will work flexibly with a team of Regional Managers and be supported by central teams, to ensure that we consistently provide and maintain high standards of quality care and enriched lives for our residents. You will also ensure that all operational standards and regulations are met and exceeded, and that all income opportunities are maximised.
Your additional responsibilities will involve providing full support to your regions to recruit, train and motivate staff, foster and maintain sustainable links with local authorities and ensure the consistent application of policies and procedures. You will lead a proactive team who have a clear focus on residents living full and meaningful lives and will ensure this is given as much importance as financial and regulatory KPI’s. As well as having extensive regional leadership experience in the Care Home industry, you will have commercial flair, with sound analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
