My Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical / Mechanical Fitter to join our dynamic team in Rugby with skills in electrical and mechanical installation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in various machinery and equipment focused on quality engineering precision.
Mechanical Assembly Duties:
Correctly use and maintain the tools of the trade including power tools, test equipment and measuring instruments.
Carry out mechanical fitting and relevant assembly work.
Use the appropriate methods and techniques to assemble the components in their correct positions, securing the components using the specified connectors and securing devices.
Install, position and secure equipment and components in accordance with the specification and ensure that all necessary connections to the equipment are complete.
Follow the appropriate procedures for use of tools and equipment to carry out the required tests and setting up and carrying out the tests using the correct procedures within agreed timescales.
