You will create and own the digital marketing strategy across multiple Digital Marketing Channels, support and upskill colleagues in delivering and optimising campaigns and work closely with marketing stakeholders to proactively find opportunities. Activities: Develop and implement best-in-class digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including but not limited to digital display, PPC, paid social and Youtube Evaluate emerging technologies in order to develop our techstack; provide thought-leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, ensuring the team are kept up to speed with developments, and that these insights are built into the strategies and plans Develop and present a bi-annual review of our digital strategy Make recommendations for digital improvements based on market and audience insights.
