Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional or a managerial-level candidate from the real estate/property sector seeking a career change. You will have the opportunity to leverage our existing international client base while building your own network and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a recruitment desk specialising in finance, legal, and real estate sectors.
Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their recruitment needs.
Source, screen, and match high-quality candidates for client roles using our international database and networking channels.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from briefing to onboarding, ensuring excellent candidate and client experiences.
Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand the client base.
For managerial-level candidates transitioning into recruitment, oversee and develop recruitment strategies while learning the industry through comprehensive training.
Who We’re Looking For
We are open to two types of candidates:
Experienced Recruiters
Proven success in recruitment, ideally with experience in finance, legal, or real estate sectors.
Existing client relationships and a strong professional network are highly desirable.
A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and performance targets.
Managerial-Level Professionals from Real Estate/Property
Strong background in the real estate/property sector, with managerial or leadership experience.
Ambitious and ready to transition into recruitment with full training provided.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
