* Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development, establish and maintain
appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development
* Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organisation, in consultation with department
heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed
* Flexibility to cover all shift patterns so that the operational training requirements are met
* Produce organisational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training
delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary
* Maintain and enhance a safe and secure culture within all departments

* Must have a minimum of 36 months of operations or training experience in their disciplines of training ( or
locally approved equivalent standard)
* Good Communications skills in working with a diverse group of people. Diversity includes education,
literacy, position within the company and related diverse backgrounds.
* Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance
* A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history
* Full and valid UK Driving Licence
