Weâre looking for a Workflow Administrator (6 months secondment/ fixed term) to join our Customer Response and Streetworks team.  ⯠ What youâll do ⯠  Youâll provide administrative support within the Customer Response and Streetworks team, to help drive outstanding customer service and outperform other key regulatory targets. Youâll drive customer experience through communication of progress to customers.  Youâll support Risk Technicians and other interdependent functions by the timely and comprehensive preparation of work packs for all planned and reactive activities. Youâll also provide support to other team members within the department to allow us to collectively enhance both customer and stakeholder experience in line with our targets and aspirations.  Youâll input data into Salesforce, including the generation of work orders. Youâll ensure the accuracy of all information which progresses through Salesforce and where required interrogate systems and engage with stakeholders to amend any inaccuracies.  Youâll ensure that work volumes progressing through Salesforce are kept up to date, and within customer service level agreements.  Youâll process Ironwork jobs through Dynamics and close liaising with our Alliance Partners on all jobs.  ⯠ What youâll need ⯠ ⯠ Youâre able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills which can be adapted to fit a range of situations and people. Youâll demonstrate a strong customer focus and will be driven to provide the highest level of service you can.   Youâll be well organised and have a proven track record of time management skills.   A moderate degree of IT skills is essential but weâll provide training on system specifics. If youâre new to Scottish Water, youâll join us on a starting salary of £25,980.
