About Our Client
Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and leading business within the Engineering industry. They have an ongoing project which has opened up an exciting vacancy for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team.
Job Responsibilities
* Input invoices onto the purchase ledger
* Review invoices to ensure all details are correct
* Reconciliation of statements
* Create new supplier accounts
* Process payments
* Ensure invoices have the appropriate authorisation before paying
* Liaising with different departments
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
* Existing Purchase Ledger experience - Required
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
* Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Required
* Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
* Pro-active with a can do approach - Required
* Good interpersonal skills - Required
