Job Role:
This role is focused on process optimization within our production environment.

Key Activities:
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive centre lining activities and sustain line performance.
* Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to address them.
* Provide engineering support to resolve repeat loss issues and improve equipment reliability.
* Coach employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

Essential Requirements:
* Relevant degree-level education in Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical or manufacturing role, preferably with high-speed automated assembly and packaging equipment.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Quality Systems and PLCs an advantage.

Salary Information:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum.
