The Campaign Manager for Dometic and Kampa brands in the UK will lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, brand partnerships, and trade marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving consumer engagement, supporting new product launches and strengthening the presence of both brands in the outdoor and camping markets.
This position is predominantly field based, with requirements to be in the Little Braxted Tents HQ Office for team and dealer meetings on a regular basis.
Main Responsibilities
* Digital Platform Management (E-commerce, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social Campaign Activation) - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support brand objectives and drive traffic to Dometic and Kampa’s online platforms.
* Brand Management & Campaign Activation (Brand Partnerships, Event & Launch Campaigns, Rebranding with Kampa) - Develop and execute brand strategies for Dometic and Kampa, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Trade Marketing & Dealer Support (Premium Dealer Accounts – Online & In-Store) - Develop and implement trade marketing campaigns to support retail and distribution partners with POS materials, sales collateral, and promotional offers.
* Performance Tracking & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and promotions, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications And Experience
We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:
* 5 plus years of experience within Marketing functions across Trade, Digital and GTM including regional leadership.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, preferred.
* Full UK Driving licence.
