Leader Education are recruiting a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to work at a Special Educational Needs & Disabilities ( SEND ) School in North Tyneside. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be HLTA qualified, have experience working with Key Stage's 1-4, a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, as well as some experience working in a relatable role, or finishing their course in educational studies. The school offers a happy, caring, and inclusive environment, which is created by staff operating an open and welcoming culture. The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday, 8:30am until 4:30pm and is a long-term position. The successful candidate will have: Enthusiasm for working education. HLTA Qualification. Experience working within KS2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
