As an experienced Claims Handler, you’ll be at the forefront, providing top-notch, customer-focused service. What will you be doing? Customer Champion - Promptly handle and positively resolve all enquiries from customers and external contacts to deliver a focused and exceptional claims service. Claims Resolution Expert - Review, resolve, and proactively finalize claims within your authority limits, ensuring optimal settlements with business implications in mind. Who are we looking for? Insurance Claims Experience - Preferable, but customer service experience is highly desirable Proven Problem-Solver - Experience in promptly handling and resolving queries with a customer-focused approach Proactive Claims Handler - Ability to review, resolve, and finalize claims proactively within authority limits Team Collaboration - Experience working within a team, managing varying workloads and pressures Customer Service Excellence - A track record of delivering outstanding customer service Excellent Communicator - Strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members effectively Negotiation Skills - Effective negotiation skills to achieve the best outcomes Decision Maker - Confident decision-making abilities Mentor and Motivator - Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others where appropriate Personal Development – Industry qualifications via the CII desirable but not essential.
