Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. Strong communication skills, proficiency in accounting software, and an understanding of basic accounting principles are essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in accounting within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working within a busy accounts and finance team
* Bank / Digital Wallet reconciliations
* Sales and purchase ledger duties
* Processing supplier payments
* Credit control duties
* Completing all month-end duties
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Other ad hoc duties
Qualifications & Experience:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* An accounts qualification preferred
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent IT literacy
* Excellent Microsoft Excel ability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate individual
