Stores Administrator - Catering Northamptonshire £Negotiable Fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator to join a leading catering team and provide admin, ordering and invoicing support The company With a range of catering outlets, hospitality functions and large scale events and conferences - this venue services a wide range of food and beverage options for events throughout the year Sourcing local ingredients wherever possible, they have a large catering team of Chefs, Managers, Supervisors and front of house staff and are now looking to strengthen the team with a vital role of Stores Administrator. The role This is a meticulous role where you will provide administrative support in processing invoices, planning the stores stock across different departments, ensuring that function sheets are printed off including briefing packs for the event teams. You will use the in-house purchasing software to raise POs as well as reconcile supplier invoices and will attend monthly departmental meetings to keep the events and hospitality teams up to date. Some operational support at key events across the year will be required on weekends. About you We are looking for an ideal background in a similar role, and certainly some experience in the catering / food industry ideally with food hygiene certificates. You will be super organised, with a head for figures and experience in working with PO numbers and a high volume of supplier invoices. Strong communication skills are needed and the ability to work well under pressure. Driving license and own vehicle are essential.
