An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Customer Service Adviser working in our contact centre. This is a small team who handle calls for all council services .The successful candidate will have a caring, can do approach to customer service and will be required to provide support to a wide variety of citizens, businesses and visitors to Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a caring nature who can show empathy to their customer whilst following set processes and procedures.
This is a highly pressured role where excellent team work is required to ensure the best service is delivered to our customers. The successful candidate will need to have a can do approach to problem solving, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to adapt to continual change.
The working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, due to the nature of the role there is no flexibility in these working time.
