About this opportunity
As a Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and rapid solution of all disputed access matters through the utilisation of knowledge, skill, process, and robust interworking relationships. Property Surveyors are the first stop reference for network property access-related matters and will manage and, where appropriate, be part of the first line of communication with resistant Site Providers and third parties.
What you will do:
1. Take responsibility and ownership for direct Landlord contact and related enquiries.
2. Coordinate the production, creation, and maintenance of regular reporting in relation to work streams using Ericsson and customer tools.
3. Understand contractual and statutory issues surrounding access refusals.
4. Identify and recommend solutions, costing solutions, and running solutions within budget.
5. Accurately forecast resolution timescales with recommended resolution paths.
6. Carry out Face-to-Face Site Visits as required to enable access/resolve issues.
You will bring:
* Strong Property knowledge.
* Experience working in an Operator, Managed Service Supplier, or Small Works Contractor environment.
* Demonstrable experience in Business Process and Transformational Change.
* Telecoms experience or Valuation expertise gained working for Chartered Surveying practice or similar.
Desirable:
* Property related qualifications e.g., RICS or CAAV membership or comparable experience.
* Knowledge of Code (Digital Economy Act).
* Experience of compulsory purchase.
* Qualifications and/or related experience relating to Business Process change.
