Team / Role Overview The Data Intelligence Senior Analyst will play a key role in leading and delivering the Data & Analytics related to the Client and Sales Related Data such as Profitability and Return Models, Client Wallets, Credit Lines and Risk Metrics. This role has a Global footprint and will have significant impact in terms of influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others across the Global Sales and broader Markets organization. This position requires collaboration with various teams within Global Sales (e.g., Sales Management, Client Management, and Client Strategy, Client Facilitation and Regional teams) and more broadly across Markets, to align, coordinate, challenge and implement results with components of the data intelligence and analytics framework. This hands-on role will be responsible for identifying, anticipating, challenging, and mitigating risks related to data that could affect business objectives, and minimizing operational challenges for data acquisition / quality / maintenance / management etc. This role will also be responsible for the application of in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new data techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. What you'll do: - Interfaces with Products, key stakeholders, champions & re-engineering leadership to drive reengineering activities. - Liaise with technology team for any enhancements on the existing data and models - Collating and tracking of data for Markets Sales and Client analysis. - Pro-actively communicate with Seniors and act independently, as needed. Create and deliver executive, high-impact presentations. - Understand different Sales and Client metrics such as CV, Client IDs, Wallets Data, RWA(S), GSIB, TCE - Derive insights from data across asset classes. - Help put a story and take lead in collating insights from team members - Understand and collate client level and trade level data from different data sources for exploratory analytics.
