Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations by providing administrative support, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the office. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Support financial operations by entering data into Sage and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Organise meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer software, particularly Google Suite and MS Office.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
