CPM is looking for a Business Development Executive to join them on a permanent part-time basis on behalf of leading brand Coty! As a leading player in their industry, we are seeking a BDE to create and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners. £6416.00 per annum, mileage, Flexible benefits platform offering discounts and monthly offers.
Ideal Location: Guildford, United Kingdom, GU1
Territory details: Reading, Southampton, Basingstoke, Uxbridge, Croydon, Bluewater and surrounding areas
Salary: £6,416.00 per annum
Working Hours: You will be required to work on average 10.5 hours each week.

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll dive deep into understanding Coty’s brands, visiting stores to maximise sales potential and ensure compliance with product agreements. Your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise will help you build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accountability: Own your territory, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to national agreements.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management to understand their needs, supporting them to drive sales.
* Strategy: Boost brand sales through strategic business plans, ensuring product availability, and collaborating on effective secondary displays.
* Insights: Record field visit data to identify opportunities for improvement and performance enhancement.
* Training & Support: Align with both national and local agreements while ensuring compliance with head office standards for products, display locations, and promotions.
* Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with agreements and provide guidance to retail partners.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across your territory, including influencing key stakeholders.
* A solution-focused and positive mindset.
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and able to feedback important insight.
* A full UK driving licence.
Full driving licence is required, as travel within your territory is essential.
