Interim Branch Manager
OTE: £40,000 Profit Share, Company Car, Uncapped Commission
We’re looking for a highly motivated Interim Branch Manager – Estate Agent to lead our fantastic residential sales team in Luton working in our well known Taylors estate agency. This role is on an Interim basis with the potential to lead to opportunities within the area.
This is a great opportunity for an established Estate Agent looking for progression and to step in to an Interim branch management appointment in residential sales. This is a branch that can give you the platform to excel as a manager with a supportive Area Manager and team to help you grow market share and develop your career. The main purpose of the role of an Interim Branch Manager – Estate Agent is to maximise the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key responsibilities of an Interim Branch Manager – Estate Agent:
Running a profitable and well organised office providing an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service to customers. Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and targets set. Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales and mortgage introductions. Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Interim Branch Manager – Estate Agent:
7. Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager or a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
8. Demonstrable Sales Management experience
9. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
10. Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
11. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
14. A Full UK driving licence
