This vacancy is part of the Single Corporate Services Division.
The single corporate service is delivered across both organisations. You may be based at either IWT or PHU and individuals may be required to undertake business travel between sites. For leaders managing staff across multi-site locations, you will need to be visible and provide in-person leadership. The arrangements and frequency will be agreed locally.

Main duties of the job
Location: Across sites, both Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust (frequency of visits to each site, to be agreed locally)
Position Type: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum

Whilst the person specification requires a professional registration with either the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), we are particularly interested in people with a current or recently lapsed HCPC registration to complement the existing skill mix within the team. However, we will consider applications from NMC registrants.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
1. Hold a current and active registered professional qualification with either the HCPC or NMC.
2. First Level Bachelor's Degree (level 6) or equivalent experience.
3. Hold a recognised post graduate teaching or practice education qualification.
4. Evidence of further post qualifying study at HEI level 6/7.
Desirable
1. A recognised teaching or practice education qualification at HEI Level 7.
