They will have up to date knowledge of employment law legislation and commercial awareness.

Description
Providing expert HR advice to managers and staff
Dealing with a variation of ER cases
Manage an employee relations caseload; including absence, performance, grievances, conduct and capability varying in complexity.
supporting with Restructures and Redundancies
Coaching and upskilling
Assisting with the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
Managing employee relations and resolving HR issues
Conducting regular HR audits and ensuring compliance with legislation
Participating in HR projects and initiatives
Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Contributing to the ongoing development of the HR departmentProfile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
Previous Public Sector experience would be desirable
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
Experience in providing HR advice and support to managers and staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
