We are looking for a Charge Nurse for Lambourn Grove. Lambourn Grove is a continuing care unit for people classed as having complex needs with dementia. We need a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us.

10. Completing paperwork for service users - dementia care plan, risk assessment, HONOS, Waterlow, dysphagia and nutrition, falls, moving and handling assessments
Person Specification
Educational Achievements, Qualifications, and Training
* RMN/RLDN or Dip/BSc (Hons) in Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing ENB 998 / Preceptorship and Mentorship.
Experience
* At least 2 years post-registration experience at Band 5
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Experience of working in other clinical settings

Salary: £39,205 to £47,084 a year per annum pro rata (Inclusive of 5% HCAs)
