Operations Administrator
* Location: Birmingham Business Park
* Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Salary: £12.50 per hour (£24,000)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our team of cleaners and workmen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portal Management: Oversee and maintain company portals, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
* Contract Management: Handle busy contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
* Team Coordination: Manage schedules and tasks for cleaners and workmen.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle spreadsheets, invoicing, raising purchase orders (POs), and timesheets.
* Recruitment Support: Assist with light recruitment tasks, including posting job ads and screening candidates.
* Job Management: Manage quotes and raise jobs as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within operations.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in handling spreadsheets and invoicing.
* Experience with raising POs and managing timesheets.
* Ability to manage quotes and raise jobs efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
