Job Title: Educational Support Worker
We are seeking an experienced and caring Educational Support Worker to join our team in Central Yeovil. As an Educational Support Worker, you will be working with students of primary and secondary age who require additional support due to a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning difficulties, and behavioral challenges.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt their approach to meet the individual needs of each student. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible education and care.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to students with varying levels of need
* Develop and implement personalized plans to support students' academic and personal growth
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements:
