We are looking for a design manager for our client who specialise in the modular construction industry.
Role Overview:
* Design Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing design projects within the construction sector, contributing to the success of various projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage design processes within construction projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the design team.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, with a preference for modular construction knowledge.
* Proven experience managing design in construction.
* Must have qualification in Architecture and Building Regulations as a minimum
Essential Skills:
* Proficient in AutoCAD (minimum requirement).
* Knowledge of Revit and Procore is preferable.
