To provide generalist and specialist HR advice specifically Employee Relations to Trust managers and staff regarding policies, procedures and employment legislation.
Manage case load of investigations under disciplinary, formal resolution cases to include bullying and harassment, long and short term sickness cases.
Provide advice to managers on course of action open to them and the implications thereof. Provide support to them in deciding the most appropriate action.
Provide advice on employment legislation, terms and conditions, HR policies and HR best practice
