Due to team growth, we are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join the team at our thriving London studio. Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Bids, this new role will be pivotal in streamlining PRP's ability to win new work in our architecture, urban design, master planning, development consultancy, landscape architecture and community engagement service areas. Principal responsibilities for the Bid Coordinator will include supporting with bid submissions for all bid stages, writing content and coordinating submission inputs, and maintaining the bid information library in collaboration with the practicewide Bid Team and helping with responses to capability statements, supplier questionnaires and applications for accreditations. You will be proactively working with a fantastic multidisciplinary team of individuals across the practice, including a wider creative support team of graphic designers, visualisers, illustrators, film maker and marketing team, to create winning tenders. Highly organised, self-motivated, creative as well as demonstrating a keen eye for detail, you will possess excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients and colleagues across the business. Along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, you will ideally have a strong interest in architecture and the built environment sector and prior experience in bid coordination/management.
