Job Title: Adult Social Worker- Safeguarding Team - Southwark
Location: Southwark (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £32 per hour
About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families? Do you have a strong background in handling safeguarding cases? If so, we want you to join the team!
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial screening of safeguarding referrals, ensuring compliance with legal timeframes. You will complete risk assessments and ensure that appropriate services are in place. Additionally, you will be required to attend the office at least three days a week and conduct face-to-face home visits when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work, and possess a driving licence and car, or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means.
