As a Senior FPGA Engineer, you will be central to developing FPGA components for cutting-edge quantum control systems, collaborating with scientists and engineers to improve system reliability and drive innovation. The role involves high-level architectural design, FPGA implementation, and addressing system bottlenecks and instabilities as the company scales its quantum devices.

The ideal Senior FPGA Engineer will have:
* Strong experience of FPGA implementation in real-time system contexts
* Proficiency in SystemVerilog or Migen
* Solid understanding of real-time hardware/software co-design and debugging
* Experience with common software languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
