Ensure timely communication of ECG irregularities by alerting physicians and clinical staff as outlined in the physician notification protocol Conduct follow-up on accounts to obtain further clinical details, such as pacemaker settings and MDN contact information. Utilise clinical case management ticket systems to address, action, respond and update case status Adhere to all departmental procedures and monitor all necessary data within iRhythm systems. Engage in providing feedback and assist in addressing any concerns or issues related to account notifications. Monitoring the QA tool for aging scans and notifying the coach, clinical manager, and physiologists accordingly. Understand the process associated with no data scans and recuts. Continuing to monitor these and take necessary actions when required. Build relationships and effective communication with both internal colleagues, such as cardiac physiologists, and external stakeholders, including hospitals and healthcare professionals. Cross-functional support for projects on an as-needed basis.
