Job Description We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant with experience in care homes, adult health, social care, or community settings. Evidence of professional development in dementia care is essential. You'll inspire care teams to provide compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each resident’s needs. You'll create personalised care plans, promote health and well-being, and ensure that the preferences and choices of residents are central to their care.
We offer flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle. Our night shift runs from 8:00pm to 8:00am, including weekends and bank holidays.
