TheRole:
As our IT & SecurityRisk Manager youll be the goto person for all things IT/TechnologySecurity and Business Resilience. Youll work closely with our Headof Risk & Governance to keep our RMF in top shape. Thismeans conducting risk assessments updating risk registers andproviding expert advice. Youll also build strong relationships withstakeholders ensure risks are managed effectively and drivecontinuousimprovement.

* Developand maintain our risk managementframework.
* Draft reports on IT/Technology& Resilience risk.
* Review riskregisters and challenge mitigationactions.
* Promote a strong risk managementculture.
* Collaborate with stakeholders andother risk departments.
* Manage riskdocumentation policies and procedures.
* Enhanceour risk management system andreporting.
* Manage Technology & BusinessResilience risk appetites and KRIs.
* Implementrobust digital IT and changeprocesses.
* Coordinate risk managementtraining.
* Oversee risk event management androot cause analysis.
* Support the Head of Risk& Governance and Director of Risk &Compliance.
* Drive continuous improvementinitiatives.
* Ensure compliance with standardsandregulations.
Essentials:
* RelevantIT/Technology risk qualification.
* Experience inIT risk management audit or control within financialservices.
* Understanding of FCAregulation.
* Excellent communication andattention to detail.
* Strong planning andorganisational skills.
* Effective presentationand influencing skills.
* Ability to performunder pressure.
* Commercialawareness.
