Job Description This is a key role in driving cultural change within the Health & Safety team as well as the wider site to ensure compliance with ISO standards and improving our global headquarters and it’s processes as a whole. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Regional HSE Manager EMEA, this role is positioned to head up a small team whilst taking responsibility for HSE on the whole site. In this role you will have a range of responsibilities, from managing ISO Certifications related to HSE and audit programmes for the facility to developing and executing an energy reduction and training/ competency programmes. This is all the while supporting the implementation of the 12 global standards for the whole facility. The ideal candidate will be able to influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate effectively whilst also having critical thinking skills and proactive problem-solving qualities.
