POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Palm Court as our Palm Court Receptionist, covering our Afternoon Tea service. As a Palm Court Receptionist, you must be passionate in delivering and conveying service excellence both in person and over the phone - this role requires you to provide a warm and friendly meeting and greeting service and to personally welcome guests to their afternoon tea. As a Palm Court Receptionist, you must be fully conversant with all of our menus within the Palm Court and be knowledgeable of all other Food & Beverage and Hotel Outlets.
