What you’ll do:
1. Assist the Security Manager in overseeing all aspects of security operations, including planning and coordination.
2. Supervise and support the on-site security team, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.
3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and standards.
4. Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and security breaches in a professional and efficient manner.
5. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
What you bring:
1. Proven experience in a security role, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
3. Knowledge of security procedures, systems, and regulations.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
