Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, participating in person-centred care planning, supporting residents with medication, and undertaking staff supervision and development.

Your focus will be to support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring wellbeing, participating in care planning, supporting with medication, staff supervision, and acting as a key contact for residents and professionals.
