Overview
The Credit Controller plays a vital role in managing the company's credit and collections processes. This position is responsible for ensuring timely payments from clients, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to effectively manage accounts receivable and mitigate financial risks.
Duties
* Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients regarding their accounts.
* Analyse client creditworthiness and assess risk levels to determine appropriate credit limits.
* Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any disputes or issues related to invoicing or payments.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with clients via phone and email to ensure prompt payment.
* Perform data entry tasks related to accounts receivable and maintain up-to-date financial records.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
* Support accounts payable processes by liaising with suppliers regarding payment queries.

The set days and hours for this role are as follows:
* Monday: 09:30 - 14:30
* Wednesday: 09:30 - 14:30
* Thursday: 09:30 - 14:30
