A dynamic individual, who can demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a proven record of managing technical projects. Ideally you have worked in an environment related to personal ground transport preferably bus or coach transport.
Responsibility for overseeing the delivery of a variety of applications and implementations to meet business needs, leading the development of roadmaps for the applications architecture, including ‘sunrise’ and ‘sunset’ of obsolete applications and the refreshing or resetting of skillsets as appropriate.
Manage planning of internal resources for requirements gathering, data migration and operational migration to new systems.

Main responsibilities
* Project manage one or more software and infrastructure projects
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
* Undertake business analysis creating functional specifications
* Coordinate and lead regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Manage software development and infrastructure changes with suppliers
* Identify project risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and track resolution.
* Monitor progress, report on status, and ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
* Work with external suppliers to manage project deliveries
* Report and update project and business stakeholders
* Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements and updates effectively.
* Significant Package implementation experience in the ERP space, particularly Oracle EBS, Knowledge of Finance and HR system implementation would be valuable.
* Excellent understanding of MS Office, MS Project & Visio, SharePoint
* Prince2 and project management principles
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Hours of work
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
