A field sales role promoting an industry leading range of GRP building products into national house builders and regional developers. There are framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices, tracking and winning their new developments.
Package: Circa £45k basic with a 10% OTE, car or car allowance, laptop, mobile, pension and access to a group benefits app.
Location: West Midlands, East Midlands, Yorkshire & North West
Products: GRP Building products - Canopies, Dormers, Chimneys, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds
Customers: National house builders and regional developers
The Role - Area Sales Manager:
1. Promoting my clients industry leading range of prefabricated Canopy's, Dormer's, Chimney Stacks, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds.
2. There are framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning their new developments.
3. Roughly 70% of the role will be tracking these new developments from existing house builder accounts.
4. You are also expected to prospect and win new regional house builders to add to your portfolio.
5. There are estimating, technical and customer service teams to support you.
The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:
1. You will already have field sales experience from within the construction industry.
2. Applicants who have sold into house builders or developers will be readily received, but it is not essential.
3. You will be outgoing and confident, someone who naturally builds rapport and gains trust and respect from their customers.
4. With first class customer service and account development experience.
