Project Manager Up to £70k car allowance & Package Staffordshire / Derbyshire Regional Main Contractor Contract Values - £3m-£10m Think Construction are pleased to have been instructed by a leading regional main construction contractor to find a Project Manager to join their experienced operational team. This role offers an opportunity to join a brilliant senior team who are dedicated to delivering projects to an exceptional standard, who look after their people well and create opportunities for progression. The company Our client is an established construction contractor in the Midlands with a current turnover of £200 million. They have strong pipeline of work secured and the sectors they work in include: Education, healthcare and commercial sectors and projects range from £2m- £10m in refurbishment and new build schemes. The role Ideally, they are looking for an autonomous Project Manager capable of managing refurb and new build construction schemes over the values of 2m independently. Main Contractor experience is essential. As the Project Manager, you will report Directly into a visiting Contracts Manager that can offer as much or little support as is needed. You will be expected to take overall accountability for a given project and will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery with the assistance of a visiting QS to ensure profitability. This contractor has built some fantastic relationships with several sub-contractors across the Midlands and as project Manager you will be responsible for the day to day managing of these Contractors. Typical responsibilities can be found below… You will be responsible for all health and safety on site. Managing all quality inspections. Excellent communicator Have ability to drive projects forward effectively Be ambitious and driven to achieve tight deadlines Experience managing projects with a value of £4million upwards.
