About The Role
LloydsClinical is looking for a Management Accountant - Overheads to play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of the organization. As a senior member of the finance team, you will provide expert analysis and oversight of overhead expenses and costs, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term financial objectives and growth strategy. Your insights and leadership will directly influence key financial reports, balance sheets, budget planning, and decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will lead the preparation of complex financial reports and contribute to the strategic direction of the company by ensuring financial performance is optimized. You will also oversee the budgeting process, identifying and analyzing variances, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. This is a high-impact position, where your financial expertise will be vital to the company’s continued success.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Financial Analysis:
Lead the analysis and reporting of overhead expenses and costs to ensure they align with LloydsClinical’s financial strategy and objectives. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive cost optimization and improve financial performance.
* Financial Leadership:
Oversee the preparation and review of comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and key financial documents. Ensure these reports meet the highest standards of accuracy and reflect the strategic financial health of the organization.
* Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the development of overhead budgets, ensuring they are realistic, detailed, and aligned with the company’s financial timelines. Manage the forecasting process and collaborate with other senior leaders to adjust budgets as necessary based on changing business needs.
* Variance & Cost Control:
Identify, analyze, and report on variances between actual and budgeted overhead costs. Provide senior management with detailed insights and recommendations for improving cost control and financial efficiency.
* Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial data is used effectively in decision-making. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.

About You
* Part or Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Highly skilled and experienced in financial analysis
* Proven track record of success in financial analysis, with demonstrated achievements.
* Strong understanding of financial analysis, data interpretation, and report generation.
* Ability to build relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders.
* Proficient in managing workload effectively, handling challenging and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work with structured policies and processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
