Head of Solo Services
Salary: £52,690 - £59,686 per annum (including performance related pay)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Based: East Anglia – Hybrid working, Head office in Norwich with office space in Kings Lynn
About The Role
You will be providing strategic and operational leadership to a range of residential children’s homes and projects across East Anglia. You will be empowered and supported to develop and shape our services to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people, leading and developing a team of highly capable and ambitious managers to perform at their best.
This role sits as part of the Care Leadership Team, alongside other brilliant people so you will have lots of peer support, opportunities to stretch your own skills and talents and develop your career.
No two days will be the same, but each week starts and ends with a whole Care Leadership Team catch up, sharing risks, plans and successes. You’ll have a few days working at home, some in head office and usually 1-2 days in services (or pro rata for part time).

As an innovator in transition support for young people leaving care, we also have a range of residential services, a therapeutic service, a fostering agency and services for disabled children and their families. Our work allows some of the most vulnerable children and young people locally to stay in their communities and near the people who are important to them.
Our approach to delivering care services is unique. Our services are trauma-informed and are supported by a highly skilled therapeutic team and co-production is at the very heart of everything we do.
