We have two excellent opportunities for Project Co-ordinators to join our Housing Partnerships team in the Midlands (1 x Permanent and 1 x Fixed Term – 12 months).
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative, scheduling, record keeping and organisational support for Housing Partnerships Housing Refurbishment Midland’s delivery teams, both office and site based.

What you’ll do:
* Minute taking records for client and Seddon team meetings project specific, report provisions, manage global email addresses and spreadsheets.
* Maintaining electronic document control – For example client Risk Hub, Propeller, R-drive completion reports latter, from supply chains and organised file-saving, distribution to client.
* Scheduling appointments for supply chain trades in efficient route march manner, collating status data daily accurately, for meetings project specific and adhering to Seddon & client appointment and no access procedures, driving and re-scheduling no access.
* Organise meetings, including management of diaries and sending invitations.
* Printing, distribution and binding.
* Supply chain health and safety chasing, on-boarding key training, certification requirements & status reviews on gap areas.
* Support Site Managers, Project Manager, Contracts Manager with site set up and any other requests.
* Manage data on company systems.
* Ordering stationery needed for the team & materials specific to site teams works as required.
* Log all team holidays, sickness and training.
Have you got what it takes:
* Diary / event management skills.
* Intermediate excel skills including creation of formulas.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Minute taking, typing of actions and outcomes.
* Document control system management.
* Organisation level to plan, schedule, monitor, review & report on status updates on a regular basis.
* Understand and comply with company processes and systems.
* Competent in company systems for example Asite, The Hub, Customer Relationship Management systems, R-Drive, Propeller.
