Job Title: Talent & Learning Service Improvement Lead

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing an operational team of SME’s, responsible for advising on complex learning requirements, service governance, continuous improvement, change impact and implementation
* Supporting the successful implementation of a new global learning management system into the team and other geographies, focusing on project readiness through change impact for both your team and key stakeholders
* Proactively facilitating key discussions with stakeholders to scope and schedule learning demand in advance of each calendar year for their respective business areas
* Undertaking quarterly reviews with sector and functions to assess their learning position in respect to utilisation performance and new demand needs analysis
* Leading on the monthly reporting requirements for both internal and external customers, attending service reviews and informal stakeholder meetings
* Working with the teams to identify and resolve Service Incidents, ensuring improvements to the service are implemented and recorded in line with end user feedback and continuous improvement opportunities
* Proactively managing team performance and adherence to SLA’s through regular feedback and 121s and continuously invests time into the development planning activities for your team
* Ensure compliance with all internal functional and business policies, standards and controls, and any relevant legislation, e.g. GDPR
Your skills and experiences:
* Management experience in a fast-paced operational environment supporting multiple customers across multiple systems
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve SLA’s, respond to complex learning requirements whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
* Continuous Improvement, Impact Assessment and Change Delivery experience
* The ability to collate and analyse data to aid decision making and adherence to process and governance frameworks
