Position: Mortgage Administration Paraplanner

Role Overview:
As a Mortgage Administrator/Paraplanner, you will provide crucial administrative support to our sales team, managing mortgage files with precision and ensuring timely progression of cases. Your focus on delivering outstanding customer service and your attention to detail will be key in helping clients navigate the mortgage process smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration Duties:
* Submit mortgage applications and manage the case progression with lenders until completion.
* Upload and organize lender documents, maintaining updated client records in our Pivotal CRM System.
* Provide updates to clients and liaise effectively with solicitors and lenders throughout the process.
* Conduct client invoicing and ensure all fees are properly accounted for, including completion and integrity checks.
* Regularly review the pipeline with advisors to ensure swift case progression.
Paraplanner Duties:
* Send out Terms of Business and Fee Agreements to clients.
* Conduct Smart Search and AML checks as needed.
* Complete Client Mortgage Applications Questionnaires (MAQ) and perform income calculations, interpreting payslips and accounts (both UK and overseas).
* Utilise Mortgage Brain and other tools for lender research and illustration production.
* Generate suitability letters, file notes, and maintain compliance through document management.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in administration, preferably within the mortgage industry or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Excellent telephone communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin to assist our diverse clientele.
